We mainly provide overall solutions for high-pressure pipeline systems for coal mines and coal chemical companies. The main products include: coal chemical high-temperature pyrolysis pipeline system, hydraulic support emulsion remote supply pipeline system for fully mechanized mining face, coal gangue backfill pipeline system, Large diameter mud pipeline conveying system, ultra-long distance iron-concentrated powder pipeline transportation system and coal mine drainage, water supply, gas and return air pipeline system, etc.
The company has independently developed and mastered the core technology of the UHV remote liquid supply pipeline system. The performance of our products is stable and exceeds the industry and national standards. We are the current technology leader in the field of pipeline system with no doubt. The test pressure of the entire UHV remote liquid supply pipeline system can reach 75Mpa, and the individual test pressure capacity of the pipeline coupler can reach 88Mpa! The test pressure of high-pressure self-tightening flanges used for high-temperature pyrolysis pipelines in coal chemical industry can reach 120MPa!
At the same time, The visual intelligent pressure control system、Ultra-high pressure pipeline flow monitoring system and the mine remote network real-time early warning system are all independently developed and designed by our company, these products have filled a number of domestic and international market gaps.
