COMPANY ANALYSIS AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT PROCESS - OMENAT NIGERIA LIMITED is incorporated on thirtieth day of January 2012 RC 1006912 we as a company is not just interested in money or profit making but interested in value adding to product in the process of research and experimenting. Long before incorporating over 20 years ago we embark on the project of making our own incubator for hatching eggs which can use gas as alternate power source for in Nigeria electrical power is a problem, this project was successful but due to access to finance we could not continue the project. We also embark on developing what I call ornamental sculptural design use in improving artistic view of walls and inscribing information’s in wall in civil engineering which was successful developmental wise but could not break even in the market due to limited found for marketing. We have now develop the product in question customize picture frame, just as the word goes customize which mean it is design for organization or people of common interest to show case or exhibit their association with the organization or event. CONCEPT AND VALUE OF PRODUCT – The concept of this product is base on the possibility of promoting an organization, geographical area e.g. country or event by artistically develop picture frame and printing on it name and or statement to promote the organization, country or event which show case individual’s affiliation to the organization, country or event in question, this are example of few organization that can be promoted by customize picture frame. Sport club, political party, religious organization, schools, state, city, corporative etc. it is art work base on shape related to the organization e.g. logo, country is art work base on geographical shape or land scope, event is art work base on what it stand for e.g. welding, welding anniversary, is art work base on love symbol that is heart shape.
